Manuela, one of the owners, was so kind to us and really cared about our experience (we were a group of friends, some of which have never been to Umbria). We would strongly recommend you also dine in the restaurant as the food is out of this world!!! The chef, Manuela's mum, cooks so well and puts all her heart and soul in her dishes that you will never want the dinner to finish. Great selection of wines too! We felt so sad to leave Hortus, but can't wait to be back soon. Thank you Manuela and your team for all the love and care!

No restaurante do café da manhã é servido jantar com comida contemporânea muito bem preparada e com preço um pouco mais salgado. Muitos produtos utilizados nas refeições são colhidos no próprio hotel. Recomendamos fortemente.
