The atmosphere is fantastic here, this is a real Tuscany residence. The view from the breakfast place is spectacular, the house is also clean, it is well-equipped, if you want to cook, you can do it easily there is also coffe machine but Montepulciano is also quite close by car, so you can go to restaurants there. The breakfast was good, there are sweeties and salted ones as well. The swimming pool is great and the hosts are kind person. This place is really a relaxing one, you can go here for relaxing.

The pool with a view of Montepulciano is located in a serene area on the grounds and offers a lovely location to relax. By the end we felt like friends with the owners and were truly sad to go.

The garden of the room is heavenly and overlooking val d'orcia. Calm and birds are constant, the rooms are EXTREMELY clean and the breakfast homemade by lucia was amazing.
