We were a family and couldn't get 2 rooms on the same floor so Ameen at the check in desk very kindly upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment on the 44th floor! The view was fantastic! Concierge delivered our bags to the room, apartment was cleaned daily, great breakfast, gym, spa, swimming pool. Will definitely go back!

With the large beautiful gardens and the long stretch of beach it is unique in Dubai. The variety and quality of the bars and restaurants including the sister property "The Palm" are very good. The service is warm and personal. Even as the hotel is very large and we were there only for a few days members of the staff often remembered us and greeted us personally.

Excellent hotel retreat, extra spacious rooms very comfortable, excellent service and friendly staff. Enjoyed the tranquility and the beach in addition to the top rated restaurants on premise.
